The Bridgewater College Screamin' Eagles Marching Band has been selected to march in Philadelphia's 2024 Thanksgiving Day Parade on Nov. 28. They will perform the classic Christmas carol "Joy to the World."

The Bridgewater College Chorale has been invited to perform at the 2024 Virginia Music Educators Association (VMEA) Conference, which will be held in Norfolk, Va., at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel and the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel from Nov. 21-23. The Chorale's concert will take place at noon on Thursday, Nov. 21.

Bridgewater College students produce and star in Melissa Leilani Larson's Gin Mummy, which will run from Wednesday, Oct. 23, through Saturday, Oct. 26.

More than a dozen Bridgewater College art and digital media art majors will showcase their works in a senior art thesis exhibition on display in Bridgewater College's Beverly Perdue Art Gallery and various locations on campus. The exhibition of artwork is created by graduating senior art majors as part of their thesis requirements. Each student will be showcasing art that is the culmination of four years of work and development.

Nearly two dozen Bridgewater College art and digital media art majors will showcase their works in a senior art thesis show, "From the Surreal to the Sublime," on display in Bridgewater College's Beverly Perdue Art Gallery and various locations on campus from Monday, April 17, through Friday, April 28.

Three choirs at Bridgewater College, under the direction of Assistant Professor of Music Dr. Ryan Keebaugh, will perform at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music.

The Bridgewater College Symphonic Band will present a concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, in Cole Hall on the College's campus.

Theatre at Bridgewater College will present A Bold Stroke for a Wife by Susannah Centlivre from Wednesday, Feb. 15, through Saturday, Feb. 18, in Cole Hall on the College's campus. The show will begin at 8 p.m. each night.

Bridgewater College's music ensembles performed a number of familiar seasonal songs during two Holiday Extravaganza events in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music on the College's campus. Nearly 90 students in a dozen different music ensembles took part in the performances.

Bridgewater College's Brass Sextet was accepted to perform at the Virginia Music Educators Association conference in November 2022.

The 60-voice Oratorio Choir at Bridgewater College will perform works by Eriks Esenvalds and John Rutter on Friday, Nov. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center.

Bridgewater College's Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Christine Carrillo, will perform at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6, at the Sipe Center.

More than a dozen BC students from various majors will perform in a production of "The Moors" by Jen Silverman.

Bridgewater College's Jazz Ensemble, Chorale, an alumni jazz band featuring alum from 1982 to 2022, and a newly-formed chamber ensemble will perform on Saturday, Oct. 22, in the Concert Hall at the Carter Center for Worship and Music on the College's campus. The concert will feature nearly 50 student performers from a variety of majors.

Chris Larson and Jacob Bentley, Bridgewater College seniors, will present a joint recital on Saturday, April 23, at 3 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music on the College's campus.

Theatre at Bridgewater College presents Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller. The show is an honors project directed by senior psychology and business administration double major Kylie Chisnell of Owings Mills, Md.

Seventeen Bridgewater College art majors will exhibit their works in a senior art thesis show, "17," on display in Bridgewater College's Beverly Perdue Art Gallery and various locations on campus from Monday, April 25, through Friday, May 6.

Luke Cronin and Conrad Krytusa will present a joint recital on Saturday, April 2, at 3 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music on the College's campus.

Kevin Epps, a Bridgewater College senior, will present a saxophone recital on Friday, April 1, at 5 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music on the College's campus.

Aaron Nau, a Bridgewater College junior, and Nadezhda "Nadia" Zoteva, a Bridgewater College senior, will present a joint voice recital on Saturday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music.

Bridgewater College's Symphonic Band, under the direction of Dr. Christine Carrillo, will perform on Sunday, March 27, at 3 p.m. in Cole Hall on the College's campus. Thirty-three students (representing 14 different majors) will perform.

Wyatt Smith, a Bridgewater College junior, will present a trumpet recital on Saturday, March 19, at 3 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music.
